MMU SRC proudly participated in the Makmal & Dialog Kemenjadian Mahasiswa 🇲🇾
This historic national platform gathered 981 student leaders from Public Universities (IPTA), Private Higher Education Institutions (IPTS), Polytechnics, and Community Colleges — symbolising the collective voice of higher education students across Malaysia.
Through transparent and constructive dialogue, six critical resolutions were presented, addressing graduate employability, cost of living, digitalisation of education, mental well-being, leadership development, and global mobility. These discussions contribute meaningfully to the ongoing development of the Rancangan Pendidikan Tinggi Malaysia (RPTM) and the broader direction of Malaysia’s higher education agenda.
The MMU SRC delegation, headed by President Darren John, represented MMU at the national level and actively contributed to these important conversations.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Minister of Higher Education, Zambry Abd Kadir @zambryabdkadir , and the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Adam Adli Abd Halim @adamadli_ , as well as the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) @mohe.official , Majlis Perundingan Pelajar Kebangsaan (MPPK) @officialmppk , and Yayasan Perkasa Siswa @perkasasiswa for providing this meaningful platform for student voices to be heard at the national level.
