Good morning dragons🐲 Lets flash back some memorable day🔥 On 2018, MMU Dragon Boat Team had achieved the champion of 12 Crew International Mix Team Open in Bali International Dragon Boat Festival 2018🥇 On December of the 2018, Our AUG MMU Dragon Boat Team who representative of Malaysia Team in traditional dragon boat race to participate our ASEAN University Games 2018 in Myanmar 🇲🇲 🔥They are a strong team ever , they train hard as a team for preparation before the AUG. Although they can’t managed to got first three places on the competition but they tried their best and did a great job. They are the athletes from the traditional dragon boat race and always the champion in our heart ❤️ On 2019, our MMU junior mixed team which achieving the gold under mixed juniors category 🥇🔥 Everyone of them had put more than 100% into the race, sweat and tears in all the journey of the preparation of the race, it had definitely paid off and no any sense of regret. Those are the strong and good MMU Team Dragon Boat rowers on our big family. Although this year we can’t participate any dragon boat race due to the Covid pandemic but we are still fully prepared for the future time and keep training by virtual 💪🏿🔥 Come join us if you are interested, we have some virtual training for dragon boat training in this new semester and it would definitely fun to you and no regret 😛🔥🐲 Today afternoon dragon boat club registration day Date: 4th December 2020 Time: 2:30pm - 5:30pm Venue: SRC MultiMedia University FB page

GRAND CULTURAL FESTIVAL (GCF) MELAKA RIVER 2019 KAYAK SPRINT On 30th of November, MMU Water Sports Club sent 5 teams of male and 2 teams of female participants to take part in the kayak sprint 300m which was held by Melaka River & Coastal Development Coperation (PPSPM) at Melaka River Cruise. There were many teams from other states had taken part in this event such as X Paddlers, UITM, ALAM, Muar Ledang, Barracuda Canoe, KL Team, Sabah and etc. After many rounds of highly competitive races, our teams managed to get a few achievements: Kayak Sprint 300m female category - Champion (Ng Kim Woon & Chua Jie Nee) and 4th place (Sandra Kerk Jia Hui & Onn An Chie) Kayak Sprint 300m male category - 2nd runner up (Johakim bin Jamaluddin & Chee Yong En) Congrats to all winners! This was the first kayak sprint event for all our participants and it was a good exposure for them other from dragon boat. Last but not least, thank you @mr_zulmeteor @yongyin_yy for giving us advice and guidance during training. Our last Sunday was well spent in a dragon boat competition in Muar. We sent two mix team to compete in category open 12 men crew and secure 8th place out of 23 teams. 💪🏻 We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to the generous sponsors in this event, Persatuan Yang and Ang Trading & Motor Sdn. Bhd. Thank you for the support and hospitality throughout the day. Also, thanks to our coach, officer, organisers and all the supporters out there. We had great exposure while competing with other teams and at the same time made a lot of new friends. Although this is the first time we participate in Muar race, but it definitely won't be the last. See you again in next year's April , Muar! #mmucheercheercheer

That's a wrap for our 10th Year Anniversary Dinner!! First and foremost, it was an honour to have the President of Multimedia University, Prof. Datuk. Ts. Dr. Ahmad Rafi bin Mohamed Eshaq, Campus Director, Dr. Mohd Rizal bin Abdul Razak and Director of Student Affairs Division, Dr. Abdullah Sallehhuddin bin Abdullah Salim in our anniversary dinner. We couldn't describe more how much we appreciate your presence and support in our event. Moreover, we would also like thank all of Water Sports Club members who came especially alumni for taking your time to travel to Melaka to come to this dinner. Thank you for your endless support throughout these 10 years. Thanks to all MMU staffs for your support and sponsorship. I believe that all of us feel touched during the event especially when we were watching the video and singing Gemuruh and Permata Dunia. MMU dragon boat team had their physical training recently at @crossfitmelaka_fittrek . Everyone of them had tried their very best in completing the trainings prepared for them. It was definitely not an easy task but everyone worked their best and push beyond their limits in order to improve! All of them had a really great experience and gained valuable knowledge for training in fittrek! Many thanks for giving us this opportunity. Thank you coach @yongyin_yy for all the guidance you provide along the way. It is sincerely appreciated. Feeling motivated for workouts but no one to accompany/ coach you?
