In collaboration with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), the Multimedia University Accounting Club Melaka will be organising the 24th National Inter-Varsity Accounting Quiz (N-IVAQ) 2026. This event has been proudly hosted by the MMU Accounting Club (Melaka Campus) since 2001. N-IVAQ is a nationwide competition endorsed by MIA which is open to all Accounting students currently pursuing full-time undergraduate degrees or diploma programmes in universities, colleges, and educational institutions across Malaysia. It serves as a platform for students to apply their accounting knowledge and contributes towards the development of accounting standards in Malaysia. 🎯 The Qualifying Round and Final Round of the 24th N-IVAQ 2026 will be held in May 2026 at Multimedia University Melaka Campus. We are now recruiting High Committees & Sub Committees for the 24th N-IVAQ 2026. Available Positions: - Quiz Protocol - Public Relations - Technical - Programme - Special Task Committee involvement enhances students’ understanding of the accounting profession through hands-on experience and collaboration. Introducing the Speaker for the 23rd National Inter-Varsity Accounting Quiz (N-IVAQ) – Mr. Andrew We are honored to welcome Mr. Andrew as Speaker for this year’s N-IVAQ. Mr. Andrew has risen through the ranks in ICAEW Malaysia starting as a senior executive in 2017. In 2024 he has held the role as Lead for Student Recruitment in ICAEW Malaysia. Over the number of years, he has seen many students qualify as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant. Having a passion for students seeking jobs, he enjoys telling stories with ICAEW Members to encourage students to take on the ICAEW ACA qualification. Additionally, he collaborates with employers for university engagements that allows students to be exposed to job opportunities they seek. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Andrew for his valuable role as a speaker at the 23rd N-IVAQ.
